Rudy Lozano
Rudy Lozano is the Broker and Owner of Premier Realty Group Platinum (PRG Platinum), a subsidiary of Fidelity Realty Group.
Rudy began his real estate journey early, purchasing his first investment property in Del Rio, Texas, at just 18 years old alongside his father. Since then, he has built a successful career across multiple industries, bringing in over three decades of experience in finance, real estate, and business operations.
While attending college, Rudy entered the finance industry in 1993. He studied Education at Texas State University and earned his bachelor’s degree from Sul Ross State University in 1994. He is currently pursuing his MBA.
In 1995, Rudy transitioned into the auto finance industry, where he served as an Operations Manager and Underwriter for a $22 million branch. Two years later, after purchasing his first primary residence, he moved into the mortgage sector, specializing in FHA, VA, Conventional, and Home Equity loans for first-time homebuyers and veterans.
His mortgage expertise led him to an esteemed role as Operations Manager for HUD-designated closing attorney Michael H. Casey, a respected San Antonio Real Estate Attorney and Rudy’s longtime mentor. In this role, Rudy oversaw foreclosed property closings across 36 Texas counties on behalf of HUD and major financial institutions.
In the early 2000s, Rudy obtained his Real Estate License and became a multimillion-dollar producer at Century 21 Smith & Associates. In 2003, he earned his Broker’s license and founded Fidelity Realty Group, which operated as a RE/MAX franchise from 2006 to 2011, an experience that added tremendous value to his professional growth.
Today, Rudy leads Premier Realty Group Platinum, supported by affiliated companies under the Fidelity umbrella. The facility was designed to provide a welcoming, tech-forward environment and training center for our NAR member partners.
